Our Services

Gotham CCSL provides Combined Continuity and Spotting List (CCSL) creation, dialogue spotting lists, audio description, and related post-production documentation services for film, television, and documentary projects. Specific scope, pricing, and turnaround for any engagement are agreed upon directly with the client, typically following a quote request submitted through the Site.

Quotes and Engagements

Submitting a quote request through the Site does not create a binding agreement. A project engagement begins only once both parties have agreed on scope, pricing, and delivery terms, typically confirmed in writing via email or invoice.

Payment

Invoicing and payment for confirmed projects are handled through our client invoicing system. Payment terms will be specified on the applicable invoice or agreement for each project.

Turnaround and Delivery

Turnaround times provided are estimates based on typical project scope and complexity. Actual delivery times may vary based on runtime, content complexity, revisions requested, and other factors specific to each project.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Gotham CCSL or Gotham Lab unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission. Deliverables provided to clients (e.g., completed CCSLs) become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat project materials shared with us as confidential and use them solely for the purpose of completing the agreed-upon services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gotham CCSL and Gotham Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project shall not exceed the amount paid for that project.

Governing Law
